## Description

Shield AI is seeking a highly consultative Senior Recruiter to support its international expansion across APJ. This is a business-critical role that involves designing adaptable, data-informed hiring strategies to support engineering and commercial growth.

As a Senior Recruiter, you will:

- Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for priority APJ roles, including senior, niche, and hard-to-hire positions

- Design and execute regional sourcing strategies to attract exceptional engineering and go-to-market talent

- Tailor hiring approaches to local market realities while upholding Shield AI's global hiring bar

- Act as an APJ ambassador for Shield AI's employer brand, ensuring the company is positioned as a top employer across the region

- Use data to forecast hiring needs, monitor pipelines, and optimize recruitment performance at scale

- Partner with the broader international team, including the APJ and EMEA Talent Acquisition team, the global sourcing team, and talent coordination team

The ideal candidate will have:

- Demonstrated experience driving full-cycle hiring for engineers and go-to-market teams in a high-growth tech environment (aerospace, defense, robotics, or deep tech preferred)

- Proven success supporting new market entries and scaling teams across multiple APJ countries

- Deep understanding of APJ talent landscapes, including sourcing strategies, cultural considerations, and competitive nuances

- Consultative, commercially-minded, and comfortable operating with ambiguity and evolving business needs

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence leaders across regions
