## Description

As Go-to-Market Strategy Senior Team Lead, you will be responsible for driving analytical insights and supporting growth initiatives across ZoomInfo's sales organisation. This role requires an extremely analytical individual who is excited to take on key responsibilities, including reporting and analysis, forecasting, team leadership, and dynamic analysis.

Key responsibilities include:

- Reporting and analysis: Drive insights for sales leadership by owning dashboards and reporting on key performance indicators, and sharing key findings with business leaders.

- Forecasting: Provide visibility on sales team performance and leverage Excel and other data analysis tools to proactively identify challenges the business faces in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.

- Team leadership: Help to manage a team of analysts, developing their skills and ensuring consistently high quality work.

- Dynamic analysis: Own analysis for key business problems as they emerge.

Requirements include:

- 5-7 years' experience, with experience managing others being a strong plus.

- Top-notch analytical skills and ability to draw insight and meaning out of data.

- Deep experience in Excel, with a proven track record of building dashboards, creating complex models, and forecasting performance.

- Experience with Salesforce and SQL is preferred.

- Experience with Tableau or PowerBI is a plus.
