## Description

We are seeking a FIX Connectivity Engineer - Trading to join our Market Connectivity team. The primary focus of this role will be onboarding external trading teams and ensuring seamless integration of third-party trading systems with the Millennium ecosystem.

In this role, you will work collaboratively with brokers, exchanges, ECNs, and third-party platforms across all asset classes and regions. You will be responsible for troubleshooting production issues in a Level 3 support environment and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

To be successful in this role, you will need strong experience in financial markets technology, including Java development, FIX protocol, and Linux development. You will also need a strong understanding of object-oriented programming, networking protocols, and market structure across equities, futures, options, and FX.

The estimated base salary range for this position is $160,000 to $250,000, which is specific to New York and may change in the future. Millennium pays a total compensation package which includes a base salary, discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package.
