## Description

We are seeking a reliable and professional Cleaning Operative to join our team in Bristol. You will play a crucial role in delivering high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer service, ensuring a positive experience for clients, visitors, and colleagues on site.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Carry out cleaning duties to a high standard in line with BICSc standards

- Follow ABM health and safety procedures at all times

- Maintain a clean, smart appearance and wear company uniform at all times

- Work proactively to support colleagues and contribute to a strong team environment

- Carry out duties as directed by the Team Leader

- Take on ad hoc duties as required by operational needs

- Interact professionally with members of the public while on site

- Recognise situations where support may be needed, including assisting in public-facing incidents or site evacuations where appropriate

- Look for opportunities to improve working practices and contribute ideas for continuous improvement

- Help ensure ABM's reputation for professionalism and quality is maintained at all times
