## Description

Working as a Store Director at Target means helping families discover the joy of everyday life. You will lead a team of experts, advocates, and consultants to ensure guests get what they came for every time they shop at their store. You will be responsible for cultivating a guest-centric and engaged team, owning your store's overall business to drive efficiency, safety, and grow sales.

Responsibilities:

- Cultivate a guest-centric and engaged team

- Own your store's overall business to drive efficiency, safety, and grow sales

- Lead a talent culture through taking an active role in the onboarding, development, and growth of your leaders

- Drive accountability through clear expectations and consistent performance management

- Build partnerships with and leveraging key partners to support store performance and business growth

- Make business decisions by assessing market competition, understanding guest insights and feedback

Requirements:

- 4-year degree or equivalent experience

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Team leadership and engagement

- Strong cognitive skills, including problem analysis, decision making, financial and quantitative analysis

- Manage conflict and lead and hold others accountable

- Relate well with and interact with all levels of the organization

- Welcoming and helpful attitude

- Manage workload and prioritize tasks independently

- Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes

- Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed
