## Description

At Samsara, our People Partners contribute to organizational strategy and impact business outcomes. We are seeking a Senior People Partner to support key segments across our Go-To-Market (GTM) and Sales teams.

As a Senior People Partner, you will act as a strategic thought partner, drive creative problem-solving, execute core talent programs, collaborate across the People function, champion Samsara's culture, and connect with leaders in person.

Responsibilities:

- Establish yourself as an indispensable partner to sales and GTM leaders, aligning talent priorities with business outcomes.

- Diagnose team, manager, and organizational needs, and recommend business-aligned solutions.

- Drive continuous talent management, compensation programs, and retention strategies.

- Partner with Regional People Partners, Program Managers, and COEs to deliver strategic people solutions.

- Embed Samsara's cultural principles as the company scales globally.

- Travel roughly once per quarter for leadership offsites and key team gatherings.

Requirements:

- 6+ years of People Partnering experience.

- Experience partnering with go-to-market teams or broader People experience.

- Learning-oriented with demonstrated experience leveraging AI to automate routine tasks.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Experience using data to influence leadership decision-making.

- Effective communication, consulting, coaching, and facilitation skills.
