## Description

The Pharmacy Practice Manager role is a hybrid of patient care and commercial focus, requiring a strong leader with a passion for healthcare, patients, and driving a profitable business.

You will report to the Area Manager and be accountable for delivering pharmacy-related targets and deadlines, managing the store Pharmacist and pharmacy colleagues.

Key responsibilities:

- Lead, coach, and develop the pharmacy team to deliver excellent patient experience and achieve exceptional patient safety

- Take direct responsibility for supporting and developing direct reports and locums to maintain high standards of professional customer service and compliance

- Balance the role of line manager and pharmacist to deliver a safe working environment

- Deliver results by inspiring and motivating your team to take action and deliver within defined KRAs

- Comfortably challenge, confront, and solve difficult situations while maintaining solid connections in-store and with field teams

Requirements:

- Fully qualified pharmacist registered with the GPhC

- Accredited to deliver national and local services for the NHS and private healthcare

- Ability to balance line manager and pharmacist roles

- Experience in delivering results and managing teams

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
