## Description

We are looking for a Junior Data Analyst to support our growing business and build out our data capabilities. You will work with the Analytics team, collaborating with teams across business services to build efficiencies that support day-to-day functions.

You will support people across the company by building self-serve analytics content across our analytics tooling, including dbt, Looker, Fivetran, BigQuery, and Amplitude. You'll develop an expert knowledge of all areas of our operation and help people in all areas of GoCardless make better, faster, more data-driven decisions.

The main elements of this role will involve:

- Data collection: Identifying relevant sources, specifying data requirements, and retrieving the data.

- Data cleaning: Inspecting the data, handling missing values and outliers, transforming the data, standardizing formats, and validating the cleaned data.

- Data visualization: Using visualizations to tell data stories to a variety of audiences.

- Data analysis: Interpreting results, finding insights, and spotting trends and fluctuations.

- Documentation: Documenting the information and content that will be consumed and processed.

- Assisting the team: Helping members of the team across various analytics projects.

Base salary range: 20,000 EUR - 30,000 EUR
