## Description

Join Visa Cash App Racing Bulls F1 Team as a Junior Production Project Manager in Faenza, Emilia-Romagna, Italy. The successful candidate will support Production Project Managers in the technical management and coordination of F1 car parts production.

Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support to Production Project Managers on main car projects

- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including technical procedures and ERP routing

- Investigate new processes and technologies with technical departments

- Oversee technical and manufacturing aspects of simple car projects

- Collaborate with Design Office, Quality, PMO, Car Engineering, and Production Departments to identify and develop optimal solutions

- Optimize lead times and improve quality

Requirements:

- Master's/Bachelor's degree in Aerospace/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

- Preferred previous experience in an equivalent role in the motorsport industry

- Strong understanding of carbon prepreg processes

- Fluency in English (spoken and written); fluency in Italian is preferred

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools

- Proactivity, innovation, and excellent communication skills

- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet tight deadlines and handle changing priorities
