## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Fosse Park, Leicester. You'll be at the frontline of the UK's fastest-growing retailer, providing five-star service, recommending products, and driving sales growth.

As a Customer Assistant, you'll:

- Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment

- Utilize digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive team environment, supporting colleagues to meet customer demands

- Adapt to changing store demands, working across various areas as needed

This is a part-time, flexible role, working varied shifts including early mornings, Sundays, and potentially full-time hours during peak periods (13th and 20th December).
