## Description

We are looking for an AI Ops Solutions Engineer to build and implement AI Ops solutions for specific domains. You will automate and optimize IT operations processes, manage risk, and perform incident management and root cause analysis using artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) techniques.

Responsibilities:

- Troubleshoot basic issues in AI Ops environments

- Support the development and implementation of AI Ops solutions for network assurance

- Analyze network performance data and identify trends and anomalies

- Set up basic monitoring and alerting systems using open-source tools

- Develop simple automation scripts to streamline workflows and tasks

- Design and implement large-scale machine learning pipelines

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of AI Ops into existing IT processes

- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies

- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to AI Ops implementations

Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree + 2 years of related experience, or Master's degree + 0 years of related experience
