## Description

We're seeking a Customer and Trading Manager to lead our nightshift team at our East Grinstead store. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering all replenishment activities across the store, managing a team, and ensuring that standards are met.

## Responsibilities

- Lead a team overnight to deliver all replenishment activities across the store

- Prioritise deliveries, organise the warehouse, and replenish shelves

- Run a full store operation on your own overnight, being responsible for the full shift and the safety and wellbeing of colleagues in store

- Make sure that standards are brilliant come morning so we're ready to serve our customers

- Manage performance and capability, conduct disciplinaries, and ensure scheduling and pay are accurate

## Requirements

- Previous line management responsibilities in a fast-paced, operational environment

- Resilience to deal with both the mental and physical demands of working nights

- Experience delivering and monitoring KPIs or other performance indicators

- Ability to manage disciplinaries, performance issues, or other similar employee relations issues

- Comfortable with nightshift working and adaptable to the physical and mental impact of these shift patterns

## Essential Criteria

- A track record of delivering brilliant customer service and coaching colleagues to do the same

- Experience of leading a team in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment

- Operational leadership skills

- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding KPIs
