## Description

Salesforce is seeking a Partner Engagements Manager to own the strategy, planning, and end-to-end delivery of global virtual and in-person Partner Advisory Boards and Strategic Roundtables.

The successful candidate will drive the operational excellence of the broader team, own the intersection of event strategy and content strategy, and direct multiple internal teams across Salesforce.

Key responsibilities include:

- Logistics & Program Execution:

- Own the operational strategy and execution roadmap for partner-facing programs

- Direct event logistics including registration setup, venue contracts, and onsite event execution

- Content Coordination & Management:

- Direct the collection, formatting, and review of presentation decks from internal stakeholders and external speakers

- Own the drafting, editing, and scheduling of pre/post-event communications for attendees and stakeholders

- Stakeholder Leadership & Operations:

- Drive alignment across organizational boundaries, directing internal subject matter experts and team leads

- Manage external agency and vendor relationships on content production, creative assets, and event deliverables

The ideal candidate will have:

- 8+ years of program leadership, event strategy, content direction, or communications leadership experience

- Experience leading partner programs or working within a B2B technology environment

- Strong writing, editorial judgment, and presentation strategy skills

- Exceptional program leadership skills, highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to own complex timelines

The typical base salary range for this position is $117,400 - $177,600 annually. In select cities within the San Francisco and New York City metropolitan area, the base salary range for this role is $140,900 - $193,700 annually.
