Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Eclipse Park, Maidstone, working nights from 22:00-06:00. As a frontline role, you'll provide five-star service, recommend products, and drive sales growth. You'll be digitally confident, using tools like Sparks and in-store devices to enhance the customer experience. Flexibility is key, as you'll work across various areas of the store, adapting to changing demands.
