## Description

We are seeking a Supply Chain Planning Intern to join our team in Heredia, Costa Rica.

As a Supply Chain Planning Intern, you will support regional supply planning and materials management activities through data analysis, reporting, and project coordination.

Responsibilities:

- Support regional supply planning and materials management activities through data analysis, reporting, and project coordination.

- Assist in monitoring inventory, supply, demand, and operational performance metrics to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.

- Participate in planning processes by helping maintain planning tools, databases, dashboards, and reports used to support business decisions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to ongoing projects and operational initiatives.

- Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and recommending solutions that enhance productivity, accuracy, and operational performance.

- Support supply chain projects involving inventory optimization, data management, forecasting, shortage analysis, supply continuity, and operational analytics.

- Prepare business analyses, presentations, and data-driven recommendations for team meetings and stakeholder discussions.

- Participate in regular team reviews, project updates, and continuous learning activities to develop supply chain knowledge and business acumen.

Education & Experience:

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Knowledge & Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Time management skills and ability to work within defined timelines.

- A collaborative, solution-focused mindset and overall sense of urgency.

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft 365 applications.

- Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to work with and interpret large datasets.

- Good understanding of supply chain, operations, inventory management, logistics, manufacturing, or business analytics concepts is preferred.
