## Description

We are seeking a Senior Diagnostic Strategy & Solutions Manager to join our Diagnostics & Marketing Operations Optimization team. As a Senior Diagnostic Strategy & Solutions Manager, you will develop diagnostic strategies and solutions for priority disease areas and product portfolios by identifying critical barriers across patient screening, test ordering, testing, and clinical application along the patient journey.

Key responsibilities:

- Develop diagnostic strategies and implement solutions

- Lead clinical and laboratory/microbiology education and coordinate the IVD ecosystem

- Advance diagnostic innovation and manage compliance and risk

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in medicine, laboratory medicine, microbiology, pharmacy, life sciences, public health, or a related discipline

- Eight or more years of relevant experience in pharmaceuticals, IVD, healthcare consulting, digital health, or healthcare innovation

- Experience in marketing strategy, product management, diagnostic solutions, business planning, or complex project management

- Demonstrated ability to independently define problems, assess opportunities, develop strategies, execute programs, and evaluate impact

- Strong business acumen, with excellent cross-functional communication, influencing, and resource integration skills

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience in infectious diseases, anti-infective therapy, clinical microbiology, invasive fungal diseases, antimicrobial-resistant pathogens, or related diagnostic areas

- Experience in IVD, artificial intelligence, digital health, hospital or laboratory informatics, or innovation ecosystem partnerships
