## Description

Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking an Outpatient Coordinator to join their team. The successful candidate will work in the Lindo Wing, a busy and clinically diverse private patient unit, providing support to approximately 2,000 patients per month.

The Outpatient Coordinator will be responsible for setting up outpatient clinics, raising invoices, meeting with the public and professional staff from various specialties. Exceptional customer care skills are essential, along with attention to detail, a calm and positive approach, and problem-solving skills.

Key responsibilities include:

- Acting as the focal point for all enquiries in the Lindo Wing and liaising with senior nurses and midwives

- Arranging outpatient appointments and ensuring effective service delivery

- Reporting maintenance issues to estates and hotel services departments

- Assisting with outpatient clinic management, including arranging further investigations and follow-up appointments

- Maintaining accurate records and generating invoices

The post is fixed-term for 12 months, full-time, and Band 3. The salary range is £31,554 to £33,270 per annum.
