## Description

We are seeking a Manager, Publicity to lead publicity efforts for films and Disney+ content in Japan.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement publicity strategies for film and Disney+ titles

- Create promotional plans and schedules in collaboration with cross-functional teams

- Manage budgets and external publicity agencies

- Coordinate with American headquarters and APAC teams

- Build relationships with key media outlets and influencers

- Plan and execute events

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in publicity, preferably in the entertainment industry

- Experience with media relations and negotiations

- Strong English and Japanese communication skills

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines

- Experience with event planning and execution

- Knowledge of the entertainment industry and current trends

Ideal Candidate:

- Strong leadership and project management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
