## Description

As a Sales and Marketing Territory Manager (Musketeer) at Red Bull, you will be responsible for elevating Red Bull's visibility and availability across your territory's On-Premise channels.

Your main objectives will be:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers

- Exceed sales and marketing targets by applying innovative and entrepreneurial strategies

- Continuously identify new business opportunities and trends to keep Red Bull ahead of the curve

Key responsibilities include:

- Acting as a Red Bull Ambassador, showcasing the premium brand through your unique personality

- Bringing the brand to life in various settings such as trendy cafes, bars, clubs, festivals, and exclusive events

- Providing excellence and taking responsibility for product visibility and availability

- Taking full responsibility for On-Premise sales and marketing activities in your region

- Developing and deploying innovative strategies and tools to deliver the perfect pitch for Red Bull

- Strengthening and nurturing long-term professional relationships with established customers and creating new alliances with key influencers and industry experts

- Making every appointment with customers the highlight of their day, providing insightful thoughts, astute observations, and strategic considerations

- Utilizing sales and negotiation skills to achieve mutually beneficial increases in earnings for customers and Red Bull

- Taking a creative approach to problem-solving and marketing to keep Red Bull number one in the on-premise sector

The ideal candidate will have:

- A deep understanding of the local gastronomy, nightlife, and cultural scene

- Exceptional interpersonal skills, negotiation expertise, and creative problem-solving abilities

- Experience in a similar role, with a focus on results-driven performance
