## Description

We are seeking a Lead Project Manager for our Salt Lake City, UT office, with consideration for Phoenix, AZ; Helena, MT; or Lakewood, CO. As a Lead Project Manager, you will oversee projects for our US Mining Team, ensuring timely, within-budget, and high-quality delivery. Your responsibilities include managing cross-functional teams, monitoring project scope, schedule, and budget, and ensuring safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide project management, engineering, and controls leadership for mining, mineral processing, and heavy industrial projects.

- Oversee cross-functional teams and monitor project performance, including financials, technical aspects, and client satisfaction.

- Develop technical understanding to facilitate interdisciplinary coordination, identify risks, and support decision-making.

- Support business development, including client relationships, proposal development, and contract negotiations.

- Ensure adherence to industry standards, safety protocols, and company policies.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or a related field.

- 7-10 years of experience in project engineering, management, or engineering management in the mining, mineral processing, or industrial sectors.

- Strong project management skills, with experience in project delivery processes within the architecture, engineering, and construction industry.

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools, and technical writing.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Engineering.

- Certifications such as PE, PMP, or MBA.
