## Description

As a Retail Sales Associate at Corsair's Valley Fair Mall store, you'll provide exceptional customer service, drive sales through relational selling, and share your enthusiasm for gaming and technology.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Provide personalised solutions to customers to enhance their gaming or tech experience

- Build trust with customers by understanding their preferences and recommending the right Corsair products

- Demonstrate product knowledge and share it with confidence and excitement

- Engage customers with hands-on product demonstrations

- Actively contribute to sales goals by closing deals and upselling accessories

- Maintain an inviting and organised sales floor

- Collaborate with fellow associates and store leadership to share ideas and support daily operations

**Qualifications & Skills:**

- Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required

- Strong communication and people skills

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven retail setting

- Comfort with standing for long periods and light lifting

- Passion for gaming, technology, and the Corsair brand

- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred

- Familiarity with gaming/tech products is a plus

The starting base pay for this position is $20-25 per hour.
