## Description

We are seeking a Nurse Educator to lead learning and development initiatives. As a Nurse Educator, you will play a critical role in shaping the education and training of nurses in Indiana.

The IONL Nurse Educator Series is a comprehensive program designed to support nurse educators in their role. The series includes six sessions, each focusing on a different aspect of nursing education, including wellness, communication, quality and safety, and systems thinking.

As a Nurse Educator, you will be responsible for:

- Developing and implementing educational programs for nurses

- Providing guidance and support to nurse educators

- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to improve patient care

- Analyzing data to inform educational programs

The ideal candidate will have:

- A strong background in nursing education

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Ability to analyze data and inform educational programs
