At Holidu, we offer a software and service solution that helps holiday home owners efficiently manage their properties and list them on various channels. As an Account Manager, you will be part of our Bodensee team and work at least twice a week in our beautiful office in Friedrichshafen with a view of the lake. Your team leader is Max, who has extensive experience in sales and the online and tourism industry.

Your role in this journey

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for a high-performing portfolio of hosts at Lake Constance. You will be their strategic business partner and work closely with them to drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities include:

- Building strong relationships with your top accounts through regular on-site visits and personal communication

- Analyzing performance data to identify growth opportunities and developing strategies to increase revenue

- Optimizing listings, advising on pricing and availability, and ensuring your partners achieve maximum bookings and revenue

- Managing email campaigns to activate and develop your accounts

- Organizing host events to build a strong regional network and strengthen ties with our partners

- Supporting new hosts during their onboarding process, working closely with the product and content teams to ensure a successful start

- Exchanging knowledge and best practices with DACH and international account managers to ensure a smooth workflow within the Holidu community

Your backpack is filled with

- Ideally, you have experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or in a similar customer-facing role

- Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm and friendly in all situations

- A customer-focused, problem-solving, entrepreneurial mindset, working data-driven, and striving to deliver measurable results

- Enthusiasm for new technologies and the travel industry

- Near-native German language skills and fluent English
