## Description

As a Senior Manager, Project Manager on our Small Business Bank team at Capital One, you will drive strategy and execute on high priority projects for the company. You will lead a diverse team of associates in delivering flawlessly executed processes that improve business efficiency and drive results.

Responsibilities:

- Lead moderate to large complex projects and programs by providing strategic direction to projects, peers, and direct reports.

- Design, develop, and manage project plans in a complex dynamic environment, revising needs to meet changing requirements.

- Ensure projects are documented appropriately to mitigate risk and delivered on time.

- Leverage problem-solving and influencing skills to ensure project plans deliver on intent.

- Partner cross-functionally with project customers to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership.

- Build relationships and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments.

- Exhibit outstanding influencing skills to drive project and program efforts.

- Demonstrate a proven track record of excellent project management.

- Display a passion for coaching and developing a team of associates.

- Drive process improvements aligned with desired customer outcomes.

- Analyze, identify, and correct data issues with systems.

- Have excellent communication and partnership skills.

- Manage and lead a team of associates.

Requirements:

- At least 7 years of Project Management experience.

- At least 3 years of Process Management experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree or Military Experience.

- PMP, Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma certification.

- At least 8 years of Project Management experience.

- At least 1 year of People Management experience.

- At least 5 years of Process Management experience.

- At least 2 years of experience in Compliance or Risk Management.

Salary Information:

- McLean, VA: $177,700 - $202,800 for Sr Manager, Project Management.

- Richmond, VA: $161,500 - $184,300 for Sr Manager, Project Management.
