Depositions by Filevine is building a network of dependable, detail-oriented commissioned notaries public to provide critical support during remote legal proceedings. As a Digital Reporter, you will facilitate Zoom sessions with professionalism and warmth, helping create a smooth and welcoming experience for all participants.

Responsibilities:

- Facilitate Zoom sessions with professionalism and warmth

- Troubleshoot technical issues for attendees

- Safeguard transcript quality by ensuring optimal audio conditions

- Administer oaths, manage on/off-the-record moments, and handle procedural steps

- Conduct proceedings in accordance with established procedural scripts and legal prompts

- Uphold confidentiality and maintain a composed, professional presence

Qualifications:

- Active Notary Public license in Connecticut

- Strong internet connection and access to a quiet, professional workspace

- Video-enabled computer with necessary software capabilities

- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- Ability to work during standard business hours

- Familiarity with Zoom or other video conferencing software

- Bonus: Experience in the legal industry
