## Description

Set a course for adventure with Princess Cruises! As a Fleet Travelling, Cruise Director, you will be a senior entertainment leader responsible for supporting, developing, and aligning shipboard Entertainment Management teams to deliver a consistent, engaging, and memorable guest experience across the fleet.

This role acts as a critical connection point between shoreside strategy and shipboard execution, ensuring entertainment operations, leadership behaviours, and brand standards are delivered in line with company values and guest expectations.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing daily leadership support and professional guidance to Cruise Directors and onboard Entertainment Management teams.

- Conducting planned fleet ship visits, including structured reviews of the onboard guest experience and evaluation of Onboard Brand Experience results.

- Observing, assessing, and documenting entertainment programs, leadership effectiveness, and team dynamics, identifying strengths and opportunities for improvement.

- Ensuring entertainment offerings, operations, and leadership behaviours align with fleet brand standards, safety requirements, and company core values.
