## Description

We are looking for an experienced and creative Communications & Engagement Manager with a passion for behaviour change.

You will lead high-profile mobilisation programmes, supporting residents, businesses and stakeholders through service changes by delivering strategic communications and engagement that build awareness, understanding and participation.

Working across a range of priorities, including environmental and waste services, you will design creative, insight-led campaigns that encourage positive behaviours, influence attitudes and drive real-world action.

Through compelling storytelling, audience insight and data-driven evaluation, you will help deliver meaningful outcomes for communities across Haringey.

You will be a skilled communications professional with experience leading complex campaigns and delivering meaningful engagement programmes.

You will have excellent writing and presentation skills, the ability to translate complex information into clear and accessible messages, and a strong understanding of digital communications, marketing and stakeholder engagement.

Most importantly, you will be passionate about working with communities, using insight to shape communications, and ensuring all residents have opportunities to influence and engage with changes that affect them.
