## Description

We are seeking ambitious graduates to join our Alumni Graduate program as a Junior Software Developer, working on-site with a leading fintech company in Montreal.

The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining complex applications in a global team environment. You will work with one of the top investment banks based in Montreal, creating software solutions that play a fundamental role in the company's daily operations.

Responsibilities:

- Develop complex applications in a global team environment

- Test and improve applications that are crucial to the company's daily operations

- Work on the entire software development cycle to acquire essential skills and meet support and maintenance requirements

- Adopt an Agile methodology and strive for excellent results

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field

- GPA of 2.75 or higher

- Experience with object-oriented programming (OOP)

- Solid knowledge of software engineering principles (data structures, OOP, design patterns, multithreading)

- Skills in troubleshooting and debugging

- Knowledge of database concepts (SQL, stored procedures, schema design)

- Understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC)

- Understanding of test-driven development

- Right to work in Canada without needing visa sponsorship

- French proficiency may be required for roles in Quebec province
