## Description

Boeing Defence United Kingdom Limited is seeking an experienced Procurement Agent to join their team in Bristol.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

- Negotiating pricing and contract terms and conditions for products and services

- Engaging stakeholders to ensure that program, customer, product and in-service strategies are integrated into source selection, negotiation and contracting strategies

- Preparing and executing proprietary information agreements

- Preparing and executing negotiated contractual documents and binding agreements

- Optimising execution of the supply chain balancing inventory, supply orders and schedule demand

- Performing continuous review and analysis of demand and supply

- Managing supplier/subcontractor performance and relationship to ensure delivery, quality, financial stability and in-service performance

- Mitigating risks and issues

- Initiating supplier improvement activities and providing results for integration into contracting strategies

- Communicating performance expectations and metrics to evaluate and monitor supplier performance

The ideal candidate will have:

- Experience supporting contract terms and conditions development, negotiations and raising contracts

- Experience working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

- Experience supporting cross-functional teams

- Excellent communication skills and customer focus

- Ability to obtain a UK security Clearance

Preferred qualifications include:

- MCIPS

- Experience working within a Procurement or Supply Chain role within the Aerospace/Defence industry

- Experience working within an Engineering/Production environment

- Experience of using SAP
