## Description

We are seeking a Senior Associate to join our Group Procurement team in Bangalore. As a Senior Associate, you will independently lead sourcing and negotiation for low- to medium-spend agreements and contribute to the development of sourcing strategies.

Responsibilities:

- Independently lead sourcing and negotiation for low- to medium-spend agreements

- Manage commercial relationships with non-strategic suppliers

- Engage with key stakeholders across the business and key functions

- Provide assistance to the business and suppliers across the end-to-end sourcing process

- Challenge processes and procedures to identify and implement valid improvements

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of procurement process and policy developments

Requirements:

- Some relevant experience in buying and/or procurement

- Educated to degree level

- Procurement or supply operations qualification (e.g. MCIPS or IACCM) desirable

- Experience in a similar industry
