**Overview of Role** As a Strategic Lead in Corporate Strategy, you will shape and execute enterprise, portfolio, and growth strategies, ensuring alignment with corporate priorities and delivering value creation plans.

Key responsibilities include:

- Advising executive leadership on market dynamics, competitive positioning, and strategic trade-offs

- Leading corporate development and M&A initiatives, from target assessment to post-deal integration

- Developing market analyses, business cases, and financial models to inform executive decisions

- Mobilising cross-functional teams to design and deliver strategic initiatives

- Establishing governance, performance measures, and risk disciplines to maintain accountability

- Influencing senior stakeholders and external partners to build alignment around critical decisions

- Building and leading high-performing teams to strengthen strategic capability across the organisation

**Qualifications** Our ideal candidate will have:

- A Bachelor's degree in Business or a related discipline; MBA preferred

- At least 12 years of experience in corporate strategy, corporate development, M&A, or transformation, with senior leadership accountability

- Proven leadership of enterprise, portfolio, and growth strategy, as well as M&A execution

- Strong commercial and financial acumen, including market assessment and financial modelling

- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and deliver strategic outcomes

- Applied AI expertise, including Microsoft Copilot and Claude

- Experience in data architecture, technology strategy, and product engineering

- Executive-level communication and influence skills, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint capability
