## Description

We are seeking a Regulatory Product Compliance Senior Manager to join our growing Product Compliance team to support the Assets Product Compliance team in APAC.

Your mission is to work with our product teams based in Singapore and London to improve our Assets offering in Singapore in a compliant manner, and support the expansion of the Assets offering in new APAC markets.

Key responsibilities include:

- Regulatory risk and remediation: supporting product and operational teams on regulatory requirements, improving processes, and avoiding regulatory breaches

- Product design: translating regulatory needs into solutions and working with product teams to build compliant products

- Third-party relationships: representing Wise in external meetings and providing input on regulatory-related matters

Qualifications:

- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in a compliance role within the retail investments, broker-dealer, or capital markets industry

- Deep working knowledge of securities regulations in Singapore or Australia

- Familiarity with evolving regulatory expectations of MAS or ASIC/APRA

- Problem-solving attitude with the ability to use regulation and data to drive business decisions

- Natural ownership and delivery of projects from inception to completion
