## Description

Opening. This role is responsible for the development of vehicle dynamics, including vehicle handling, ride comfort, and noise reduction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive engineering and experience in vehicle dynamics development.

## What you'll do

- Vehicle Dynamics Development from Benchmarks, target setting to target cascading

- Conventional suspension tuning on spring, damper, anti-roll bar, bushings, bump stop, top mount, rebound spring, etc.

- Adaptive/active suspension tuning on air spring, adaptive/active dampers, etc.

## What you need

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree of automotive engineering

- Excellent driving skills (at/over vehicle limit on different surfaces)

- Excellent subjective evaluation skills

- Solid knowledge about overall vehicle dynamics, kinematics and elastokinematics, hardware characteristics on different tuning parts
