## Description

We are seeking a full-time On Premise Sales Executive, also known as a Musketeer, to join our team in Ciudad Juárez, Mexico.

As a Musketeer, you will be the face of Red Bull in the On Premise world, building strong relationships, connecting with key people, creating new opportunities, and driving business growth.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Living the Red Bull culture in the On Premise channel

- Communicating effectively with customers and stakeholders

- Activating events and experiences

- Managing your territory and building relationships with key accounts

- Administering and reporting on sales performance

- Conducting market research and analysing trends

- Implementing marketing strategies and campaigns

Your priorities will be:

- Perfect Serve: ensuring consumers receive a cold Red Bull product

- Perfect Visibility: maximising visibility and display of Red Bull products

- Consumption Activation: implementing tools and materials to activate consumption

- Right Price: promoting optimal pricing of Red Bull products

- Menu Placements: ensuring correct placement of Red Bull products on menus

To succeed in this role, you will need:

- A recent graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

- Experience in sales is a plus

- Knowledge of the On Premise market and local scene

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

- Entrepreneurial mindset and high motivation

- Valid driver's license and availability to drive

- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
