## Description

Priory Hospital Mildmay Oaks has an opportunity for a Maintenance Technician who has a full UK driving licence to join our team.

The hospital, located in Hook, Hampshire, provides a range of services including low secure and level 2 rehabilitation, specialist learning disability and autism spectrum services, adult and CAMHS services, and bespoke therapeutic placements.

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be part of a dedicated team ensuring the smooth running of the hospital and supporting patient wellbeing. Your role involves maintaining a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment, and contributing to day-to-day operations.

Key responsibilities:

- Maintain a well-decorated, safe, and comfortable environment throughout the site

- Ensure Priory minimum standards are delivered in all site areas

- Identify and report damage, faults, and other issues to the Maintenance Manager

- Carry out General Maintenance tasks as defined in the Appendix and General Property Maintenance Guide

## Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

Essential skills and knowledge for the role include:

- Experience and understanding in a building, plumbing, mechanical, or electrical discipline

- UK Driving licence
