## Description

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Creator Community Growth specialist. In this role, you will build scalable community and ambassador programs and repeatable frameworks that grow the creator ecosystem beyond your own direct reach.

The ideal candidate is already embedded in creative and AI creative communities, has hands-on experience with AI creative tooling, and is comfortable leading a room. You will own your calendar, your relationships, and your outcomes.

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to define the trajectory of AI, surrounded by a team pushing the boundaries of what's possible. You will receive an annual discretionary stipend for professional development, social travel, and co-working.

Key responsibilities include building lasting relationships with creators, studios, agencies, and community leaders, hosting and leading creator workshops, and using data and community insights to track growth and identify what is resonating.
