Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Fashion, Home & Beauty section, where you’ll play a vital frontline role in delivering style advice and five-star service.

This isn’t just a retail job – it’s a role for people who love pace, want to work hard and play their part in delivering our transformation.

We’re looking for passionate, fashion-forward individuals who are ready to drive sales, grow our share in the style space, and help customers discover our most on-trend and fashionable products.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing style advice and excellent customer service

- Utilising our digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Maintaining high standards of efficiency and effectiveness, even in a high-pressure environment

- Working as part of a team to support each other and achieve sales goals

- Adapting to changing situations and priorities

The working hours for this role are varied, but may include:

- Week 1: Sunday 11:45-17:00, Monday 15:15-20:30, Tuesday 12:00-17:45, Friday 08:00-16:00

- Week 2: Tuesday 12:00-17:15, Friday 08:00-13:45, Saturday 10:00-18:00

Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
