## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Merry Hill, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and support sales growth.

Working Pattern:

- Thursday: 04:00-08:00

- Friday: 04:00-08:00

- Saturday: 04:00-08:00

Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

As a Customer Assistant, you will:

- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel valued and supported

- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, particularly in M&S Food products

- Operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and responsibilities

- Utilise digital tools, such as Sparks and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment

- Adapt to changing demands and priorities, demonstrating flexibility and resilience

Benefits:

- Competitive hourly rate

- £3.00 per hour unsocial premium for hours worked between 22:00-06:00
