## Description

Protect one of the world's most recognised brands and lead strategic brand enforcement activities in Europe.

As Head of Regional IP Brand Enforcement Europe, you play a crucial role in safeguarding and strengthening the Red Bull brand by overseeing brand enforcement activities across the region.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop and implement brand enforcement strategies across Europe, ensuring consistent execution in all European markets

- Identify risks, set priorities, and drive measures to protect the integrity, exclusivity, and value of the Red Bull brand

- Manage complex legal issues related to intellectual property, including brand disputes, counterfeiting, and unfair competition

- Lead and develop a high-performing team of brand enforcement attorneys and paralegals

- Collaborate with external law firms across Europe to ensure excellent legal advice and effective implementation

- Provide regular updates to senior stakeholders on key cases, enforcement trends, and regional developments

- Manage the European enforcement budget and ensure effective resource allocation and cost control

**Requirements:**

- Completed law degree and admission as a lawyer

- At least 8 years of experience in intellectual property law, with a focus on brand enforcement

- Leadership experience with responsibility for managing and developing teams

- Proven experience in brand enforcement, litigation, and intellectual property protection

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

- Fluency in English and German
