## Description

NVIDIA Inception is a free global programme for start-ups building with AI, data science and accelerated computing. We are looking for an Inception Regional Lead to own the South Asia region's strategy, lead a team, and drive commercial outcomes with start-ups.

**Responsibilities:**

- Own the South Asia Inception strategy and set regional priorities

- Lead and grow a team of Inception Partner and community programme managers

- Drive commercial outcomes with start-ups, moving accounts from awareness to technical discovery to named workloads

- Build the partner and reseller motion, working with OEMs, resellers, cloud and NVIDIA Cloud Partners

- Deepen the ecosystem, building relationships with VCs, accelerators, research parks, and government innovation bodies

- Land the technical value, partnering with solution architects and developer relations

- Tell the region's story, working with developer and Inception marketing

- Run the programme cleanly, owning member onboarding, tier qualification, and data hygiene

- Bring the market back to NVIDIA, feeding structured intelligence on regional workloads and trends

**Requirements:**

- 12+ years of experience across start-up ecosystem development, developer or partner programmes, technology alliances, business development or technical sales

- BS/BTech in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent experience

- Demonstrated ownership of a commercial target in a technology business

- Working technical fluency in AI and accelerated computing

- Deep, current knowledge of the South Asian start-up ecosystem

- Proven success operating in a large, matrixed organization

- Outstanding written and verbal communication

- Willingness to travel frequently across the region
