## Description

We are seeking a Cardiac Physiologist to join our team at The Alexandra Hospital in Cheadle. This is a full-time role for 37.5 hours a week, with a flexible shift pattern.

The successful candidate will perform and interpret a wide range of non-invasive cardiac investigations, including resting ECGs, Holter monitoring, event recorders, and blood pressure monitoring. They will also carry out and report on exercise tolerance tests, tilt table testing, and other functional assessments.

Key responsibilities include:

- Performing and interpreting cardiac investigations

- Carrying out and reporting on exercise tolerance tests and tilt table testing

- Assisting in cardiac catheterisation procedures

- Monitoring and recording intra-cardiac pressures and waveforms

- Conducting pacemaker, ICD, and CRT device checks and follow-ups

- Analysing device data and providing expert interpretation

Applicants should have:

- Current knowledge of a range of clinical specialties and developments in clinical practice

- Experience of customer care, including interacting with customers in challenging situations

- A degree in Clinical physiology or equivalent / ONC / BTEC in physiological measurement and medical physics

- Device or Echocardiography accreditation (BHRS/BHRE/BSE)

- Highly specialised in either Imaging or CRM
