## Description

The Corporate Strategy team at Agoda works closely with the management team to provide business-critical insights, ensure cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and drive strategic initiatives forward.

In this role, you will focus on leading and contributing to select projects, working with senior stakeholders across the organization. You will develop outstanding insights on markets, competitors, and business trends and disseminate this knowledge across Agoda to inform key decisions.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading a team of analysts/managers on selected projects/requests from top management

- Shaping and driving internal performance analysis relevant to corporate goal setting

- Conducting industry and competitor data analysis to support priority definition

- Developing draft business strategies and sharing with the corporate strategy function

- Supporting the creation of high-quality materials for senior stakeholders

- Helping organize Quarterly Business Reviews and other select team ceremonies

- Tracking Objective and Key Results (OKRs) and conducting deep-dives on strategic topics

- Coaching analysts/managers to draft SQL queries to gather data

Requirements:

- Experience working in a similar role, ideally in a technology or travel-focused company

- Degree in BS or BA required

- 6-8 years of consulting experience is a strong plus

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong financial modeling skills

- Ability to think strategically and learn fast

- Excellent ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders

Nice to have:

- Knowledge of SQL/Tableau or willingness to invest time to learn

This role will be based in Bangkok, Thailand, with a relocation package provided.
