## Description

Racing Force Group, a world leader in motorsport safety equipment, is looking for a Junior Production Planner (Bahraini Nationals ONLY) to join its headquarters in Bahrain.

Key responsibilities include:

- Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules

- Supporting progress reporting on achievements, delays, and deviations

- Assisting production team activities and allocating tasks under guidance

- Analysing production data using ERP, Excel, and Power BI

- Maintaining ERP updates and following up on raw material deliveries

- Identifying opportunities for product and process improvements

The ideal candidate will have:

- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent

- 1+ years of experience in a related field

- Strong communication skills in English and Arabic, with good interpersonal abilities

- Excellent time management, organization, and problem-solving skills

- A detail-oriented, structured, and analytical approach

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with familiarity with Power BI and ERP systems

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments
