## Description

We're seeking a Production Supervisor to lead transformation and drive performance at Ford Motor Company. As a critical leadership role, you'll shape culture, impact quality and efficiency, and lead a dedicated hourly team.

**Responsibilities:**

- Act as a champion of workplace safety, enforcing regulations and fostering a culture of vigilance

- Lead and direct a team to produce high-quality products, meeting or exceeding production targets

- Prioritize critical tasks, allocate resources, and address safety and quality issues promptly

- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, motivating your team to achieve shared goals

- Utilize data to drive improvements in efficiency and quality

- Identify and eliminate inefficiencies, improve processes, and drive innovation

- Address and mediate conflicts fairly and effectively

- Build and maintain strong working relationships with your team and partners

**Qualifications:**

- Experience with Lean / Six Sigma methodology and/or Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP)
