## Description

WSP Middle East is seeking a Senior Project Director to lead the delivery of a landmark high-rise tower in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

You will oversee all phases of project delivery, ensuring alignment with client expectations, budget, schedule, and WSP's commitment to excellence.

## Responsibilities

- Lead the delivery of a high-rise/supertall tower project, ensuring the highest quality standards are upheld at every stage.

- Foster a strong client relationship by consistently delivering exceptional service and acting as the primary point of contact.

- Build and manage high-performing multidisciplinary teams, ensuring collaboration and accountability.

- Ensure assigned projects are completed within budget and schedule, while meeting client requirements and business objectives.

- Oversee all aspects of project execution, including design management, construction supervision, cost control, and stakeholder engagement.

- Provide strategic leadership and guidance throughout the full project lifecycle.

- Drive innovation, sustainability, and digital best practices in project delivery.

- Represent WSP at senior-level meetings and within broader industry forums as required.

## Qualifications

- A degree in a relevant discipline, with the ability to converse in technical matters across all disciplines associated with Construction Supervision projects.

- 20+ years of experience in leading construction supervision of multi-disciplinary projects.

- 20+ years of experience working for an international consultancy, with over 5 years of experience in the Middle East.

- Exceptional leadership and communication skills with a strong client interface presence.

- Proven experience in managing large-scale projects, with a deep understanding of the technical aspects involved.

- PMP, RICS, or similar project management certification is an advantage.

- Experience with pre-contract design management under the RIBA framework.

- High-rise project leadership experience, with a clear understanding of the scale and complexity of developments.

- Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) delivery strategy exposure.
