## Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to join our team. As a Data Scientist, you will play a key role in helping us to make data-driven decisions and to drive innovation in our organisation.

Responsibilities
----------------

* Work closely with our engineering and racing teams to collect, analyse and interpret large datasets
* Develop and implement machine learning models to improve our understanding of racing performance and to identify areas for improvement
* Collaborate with our data engineers to design and implement data pipelines and to ensure the quality and integrity of our data
* Communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders and to provide recommendations for business improvement

Requirements
------------

* A degree in a quantitative subject such as mathematics, statistics or computer science
* Proven experience in data science and machine learning
* Strong programming skills in languages such as Python or R
* Experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
