## Description

As a Logistics Specialist, you will play a vital role by managing the end-to-end logistics process. This includes handling shipments, coordinating import/export activities, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and country-specific requirements.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Process orders and shipments in the Warehouse Management System (WMS)

- Physically handle incoming/outgoing goods, track shipments, and manage returns

- Prepare and review shipping documentation (e.g., pro forma invoices)

- Submit import/export license applications and liaise with customs and couriers

- Maintain logistics records, inventory counts, and study-related records

- Provide reports to management and communicate in a timely manner to relevant teams

**Your Profile:**

- Higher education

- Fluent Ukrainian and upper-intermediate English (B2)

- Strong Excel skills; 1C WMS knowledge is a plus

- Desirable 2+ years’ experience in logistics or customer service (clinical experience preferred)

- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently

- Available to work on site.
