## Description

We are seeking an IT Site Lead to join our team in Hamburg. As an IT Site Lead, you will be responsible for leading our IT team in Hamburg and serving as an interface between local management and central IT.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading the Hamburg IT team

- Acting as an interface between local management and central IT

- Planning and ordering hardware and software

- Managing telephone systems at the Hamburg location

- Administering the PGP encryption structure

- Collaborating on monitoring and configuring Cisco network and voice components

- Participating in cross-site IT projects

- Configuring and monitoring video surveillance technology across Germany

- Troubleshooting server and network issues

- Administering video conference technology

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A degree in computer science, a completed vocational training in IT, or comparable qualifications

- Several years of experience in IT support

- Excellent knowledge of current Windows operating systems and MS Office products

- Strong service mentality and teamwork skills

- Excellent communication skills, a confident demeanor, and discretion and loyalty

- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
