## Description

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Solution Engineer to join their team in Malaysia. As a Senior Solution Engineer, you will manage Enterprise organisations across a range of industries, particularly within the Malaysia territory, to understand their challenges and goals through focused discovery sessions and workshops.

You will play a pivotal role in aligning innovative strategies to technology solutions within complex accounts, partnering with clients and collaborating with internal team members to drive consensus on multi-product technology solutions across the various Salesforce product lines.

Responsibilities include:

- Managing Enterprise organisations to understand their challenges and goals

- Aligning innovative strategies to technology solutions within complex accounts

- Working on business development, operations, and IT strategies, as well as product demonstrations

- Providing trusted advice for driving innovative solutions forward while improving business performance

- Taking ambiguous and sophisticated business problems and defining the problem, driving innovative ideas, and recommending practical next steps

- Bringing focus to a client's decision-making process by communicating and evaluating solution options and driving consensus among key stakeholders

- Demonstrating through software demos and rapid prototyping how connected experiences come to life with Salesforce Solutions

- Assisting the customer, Account Executive, and Professional Services team with the discovery, analysis, and recommendation of strategic solutions

- Building and presenting customised solutions and demonstrations focused on Salesforce products to multiple customer personas

- Conveying a deep understanding of the customer's architecture as it pertains to Salesforce's solutions

- Orchestrating and leading cross-functional solutions engagements, and aligning them to the opportunity strategy

- Developing and delivering the story of the customer experience aided by Salesforce technologies

- Participating in all appropriate product, sales, and procedural training and certifications

- Contributing to the team with an open mindset

- Travelling based on territory alignment and region

Requirements:

- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent technical discipline

- Experience will be evaluated based on core competencies for the role

- Knowledge of related applications, relational databases, and web technology

- Strong oral and written communication skills in both Bahasa Melayu and English

- Solid presentation, collaboration, and interpersonal communication skills

- Ability to work as part of a team to solve technical problems in varied environments

Nice to Have:

- Salesforce Certifications

- Previous experience as a Solution/Sales Engineer for a CRM company or similar technology

- Basic programming experience in HTML and other web-based technologies

- Familiarity with the Malaysian business landscape and local enterprise ecosystem
