## Description

We are seeking an Assistant Gameplay Producer to join the EA SPORTS FC™ Online team at Electronic Arts Korea Studio in Seoul.

As an Assistant Gameplay Producer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the gameplay experience for EA FC ONLINE series, focusing on the football match itself, excluding team management, training, and transfer market aspects.

Responsibilities:

- Set the direction for gameplay features and systems development, and balance gameplay elements

- Regularly analyze live service games, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes

- Collaborate with developers, QA, and data analysis teams to ensure high-quality gameplay

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and user feedback to inform gameplay decisions

Requirements:

- Strong understanding of football and gaming experiences

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Drive

- Basic English reading and writing skills

- Experience with AI tools

- Analytical thinking and attention to detail

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- Business-level English communication and writing skills

- Recent experience playing FC or FC ONLINE (within the last 2 years)

- Experience working on gameplay-related projects or as a pro gamer

- Game development experience as a planner or producer (2+ years)

- Core gameplay planning or balancing experience
